Coaching Base (coach training)

Description

1. Gain foundational knowledge and skills in coaching techniques tailored to the unique needs of individuals integrating psychedelic experiences.
2. Dive deep into the theory, ethics, and practices of psychedelic integration coaching.
3. Approximately 70 Hours, circa half is synchronous contact hours, the rest is self- study, reading, practicing outside of the training
4. Explore case studies and real-life scenarios to deepen your understanding and hone your coaching skills.
5. Explore in depth solution-focused approach to integration coaching.
6. we hone in the core competencies of International Coaching Federation
7. you will demonstrate coaching several times and will receive written feedback on your work
8. you will receive 7 group mentoring hours by a registered ICF coach mentor
9. your performance will be evaluated on the ICF standards of ACC level of coaching, you get written feedback by a certified assessor
10. small group size (max. 20 participants) guarantees focus time on individuals
