So moving forward, What are the typical integration challenges after a cycle the Lake trip?
Speaker 1 (02:04)
Please think about it, and whenever you’re ready, put your answers or your ideas into the chat box so we have some common shared understanding landing. But before we enter into the big details, a little bit of housekeeping, we are here on Zoom. As I mentioned, I have muted you at this point. And please feel free to Mute also your phone to be not distracted here tonight. Stay present, stay curious, and please get interactive, especially after my little pitch. And move yourself into your learning zone that involves taking risks of being influenced by new information. And please use hands-up icon if you have a question. And be respectful with each other, allowing each other to talk. So, psychedelic integration is timely. I could have picked basically any other article headlines from the recent news. If you are interested in this field, It will be not lost on you that almost every week, if not every day, some news is coming to the forefront. Psychedelics are hopefully soon to be legalized in some parts of the world, and this market needs professionals. What can be said is that it is something that will require helpers, integration specialists, psychedelic assistance, therapy providers, sitters, gurus, shamas, name it what you want.
Speaker 1 (03:51)
These are, of course, different functions. But we will come to that later a little bit. If If any of these psychedelics, let’s say MDMA-assisted therapy, which my next slide talks about, is going to be legalized and rescheduled from a schedule 1 drug into a beneficial medicine, this is impending. This can happen as soon as this year. And MAPS, which is announcement I have copied here, is that a large NGO in the US that is advocating for the legalization of these therapies. So it will take more than just the medicines or just these substances. It will provide fit and upskilled professionals in this field. Before we go any further, who am I? Who is your coach trainer? I will be your sole coach trainer in this training course. My name is Merton Maniai. I’m I’m a founder and director of ICPIC. I’m a helping professional with 16 years of multinational, multi-industry experience. I have lived and worked in Hungary. I’m a Hungarian citizen, worked in Germany, Switzerland, and Spain. I’m a diploma theologian pastor by the Pentecostal Church. I’m a diploma senior supervisor, solution-focused brief coach since 2014, ’15. That’s when I got my professional I’m a certified coach badge, and I have been an ICF member ever since.
Speaker 1 (05:36)
Icf stands for International Coaching Federation. I’m an active ICF Mentor Coach. I do mentor currently coaching students, and I’m also an ICF PCC marker assessor. I am the one whom these coaching audios, excuse me, are being sent to, and I assess these the audios, finding the necessary markers to deem the quality of those coachings passing. I have over 2100 coaching hours under my belt. I work in these three languages since 14 years. I have more than 200 coaches from US, in Europe, Africa, Middle East, and Australia. I’m a diploma drawing assessment specialist. I’m a Jungian coach. I’m a Symbolan specialist. And I, maybe most relevantly, I have concluded, graduated from IPI’s Psychedelic Assistant Therapy Provider Training Course. Ipi stands for Integrated Psychiatry Institute. I also was granted access via IPI to the MAPS, an MDMA, Assistant Therapy Provider Education Course, which is the highest level, highest quality, Psychedelic Assistant Therapyprovider course to date. I’m saying this because it will be highly likely that when MDMA-assisted therapy, but specifically will be legalized by the FDA, the federal drug agency in the US, it’s the likeliest that MAPS will have the biggest say in how to define what certificates these professionals need to have.
Speaker 1 (07:28)
I’m well positioned on the market to be an expert in this field. These are just two photos of my certifications. On the left, you see the IPI ones, and on the right, it’s the MAPS, MDMA Assistant Therapy Provider. Here, I get my testimonial to the coach training at IPI. And some of my coaches are testimonials. If I may share that with you. Martin is a very attentive and straightforward coach Coach. Due to his help and advice, I have grown more confident in my role. He has empowered me to identify and frame personal objectives in order to bring the greatest benefit to my leadership development. The next one. Marta Magna is a great coach. This is embarrassing to say, but I’m just going to, for the ease that you can hear what you read. He’s a great coach. He sees things as they are and has the gift of keeping them simple, as complicated as they may seem or be. It has been a great experience to have him as coach. For the last one, which is definitely kind to my heart, my assessor at my Symbolon Specialist Training, Linda Baumgartner said about me, Dear Martin, it was a great honor for me to do your symbol on certification.

Your two coaching sessions were the best I have heard in the last years. The elegance of your questions, always short to the point, is quite special. I hope you’re aware that you have outstanding understanding skills and the maturity that is needed for brilliant coaching. Present, focused, empathetic, holding the space, yet humble, and a lot more. This was really embarrassing to say, but I’m very happy and proud about these. I was a TEDx speaker a gazillion years ago, back in 2011 in Budapest, Hungary. I was announced as Hungary’s youngest coach at the time. So this is demonstrating how long ago that was. My training, ICPI’s training, follows the MAPS protocol. Maps stands for Multidisciplinary Association for Sacerdotage Studies. This is the NGO I was referring to earlier. This is one of the slides we got trained in. It looks a bit busy, but I will highlight what is important here. This is a research studies chart, and this.
