Mányai Method is a Swiss sole proprietorship, UID CHE-257.894.572, Hebelstrasse 67, 4056 Basel, Switzerland, operated by Márton Mányai, MCC. It operates the ICPIC coaching education programs at icpic.ch and a private facilitation practice at icpic.ch/facilitation.

2. What Personal Data We Collect and Why

2.1 Coaching Education Programs (ICPIC CCEU I and II)

• Name, email address, ICF credential level: for enrollment, identity verification, and ICF accreditation audit purposes
• Country of residence and time zone: for session scheduling and jurisdictional acknowledgment
• Application responses: for admissions assessment
• Attendance and participation records: for certificate issuance and accreditation compliance
• Assessment submissions and instructor feedback: for program delivery and quality assurance
• Google Classroom activity logs: for completion tracking and accreditation evidence

2.2 Private Facilitation Practice (icpic.ch/facilitation)

• Name, email, country: for screening and scheduling
• Health and psychological screening responses: to assess eligibility and safety for facilitation work

2.3 Website and Marketing

• Email addresses submitted via signup forms: for program communications and marketing
• Cookie data: only after explicit consent via the cookie consent banner

3. Legal Basis for Processing

• Performance of contract: processing necessary to deliver the program or facilitation process
• Legitimate interests: maintaining accreditation records, responding to enquiries
• Explicit consent: health screening data, marketing emails, recording consent
• Legal obligation: retention of records for accreditation audit purposes

4. How Long We Keep Your Data

• Enrollment and completion records: 7 years after program completion (ICF accreditation requirement)
• Health screening data: 3 years after the last engagement, then securely deleted
• Marketing email lists: until unsubscribed or upon written request
• Website enquiry data: 2 years unless ongoing correspondence requires longer retention

5. Who We Share Your Data With

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data. We share data only with the following processors, each under a data processing agreement:

• Google (Google Classroom, Google Workspace): for program delivery
• Brevo (Sendinblue): for email marketing and form submissions
• Zoom: for live session delivery
• ICF: enrollment information as required for CCE accreditation administration
• Law enforcement or regulatory authorities: only when legally required

6. International Data Transfers

Mányai Method is based in Switzerland. Switzerland is recognised by the European Commission as providing adequate protection for personal data. Where data is transferred to processors outside Switzerland or the EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards including Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.

7. Your Rights

Under the Swiss nFADP and EU GDPR (for EU residents), you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate personal data
• Request deletion of your personal data, subject to retention obligations
• Object to processing based on legitimate interests
• Withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent
• Receive your data in a portable, machine-readable format
• Lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or your local supervisory authority
