Never before – to our knowledge – has such a level of Psychedelic Integration Coach Training Program been offered: our program aims to set a standard in training objectively professional coaches, who can coach by the definitions of the world’s largest coaching association, the ICF, International Coaching Federation. The coach profession is not regulated, the term is not protected and anyone can legally call themselves a “coach”. For too long this has led to questionable quality services, tarnishing the reputation of the profession. ICPIC is setting today a benchmark in the psychedelic field by upholding their training program to the highest professional standards and accountability, adhering to an ethical code of a global coaching association. This may protect not only the coaches clients, but the coaches too from engaging in unprofessional conduct, it may allow to engage successfully in the long run, minimizing the chances of burn out. Our coaching students will not only know the difference between coaching, psychotherapy, consulting, supervision, mentoring in theory, but will have the tools, acquire skills and mindset to conduct themselves ethically in this field, remaining within their conscionable scope of competency that will set an example for other similar service providers, too.

So, welcome to our cutting-edge Psychedelic Integration Coach Training Program, designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to guide individuals through the integration process following psychedelic experiences. Our comprehensive program consists of three modules, each carefully crafted to provide in-depth training and support for aspiring integration coaches. Excluded from this program, but accessible to our participants there is a knowledge base with on demand videos, case studies, articles, list of books to study on the topic of psychedelic integration and/or coaching, here is the detailed program overview:

Program Overview:

• Duration: 130 Hours
• Format: fully online on zoom
• Modules:
  1. Coaching Base (Approximately 70 Hours, circa half is synchronous contact hours)
  2. Coaching Advanced I. (Approximately 50 Hours, circa half is synchronous contact hours)
  3. Coaching Advanced II. (Approximately 10 Hours)

Module Breakdown:

1. Coaching Base:
   • Gain foundational knowledge and skills in coaching techniques tailored to the unique needs of individuals integrating psychedelic experiences.
   • Dive deep into the theory, ethics, and practices of psychedelic integration coaching.
   • Approximately 70 Hours, circa half is synchronous contact hours, the rest is self- study, reading, practicing outside of the training.
   • Explore case studies and real-life scenarios to deepen your understanding and hone your coaching skills.
   • Explore in depth solution-focused brief approach to integration coaching.
   • We hone in the core competencies of International Coaching Federation
   • You will demonstrate coaching several times and will receive written feedback on your work
   • You will receive 7 group mentoring hours by a registered ICF coach mentor
   • Your performance will be evaluated on the ICF standards of ACC level of coaching, you get written feedback by a certified assessor
   • Small group size (max. 20 participants) guarantees focus time on individuals
   • Alumni online community for connecting after the certification

1. Coaching Advanced I:
   • Build upon your foundational skills and delve deeper into advanced solution-focused brief coaching methodologies on professional coach level.
   • Learn advanced techniques for facilitating profound integration journeys and supporting clients through complex experiences.
   • Explore case studies and real-life scenarios to deepen your understanding and hone your coaching skills.
   • Small group size (max. 20 participants) garantees focus time on individuals
   • Prerequisite for this program is the successful completion of Coaching Base

2. Coaching Advanced II:
   • Further refine your coaching abilities and specialize in specific areas of what makes a professional certified coach (PCC).
   • Explore further the core competencies and the ethical code of ICF
   • Receive personalized mentorship, 3 mentoring hours by an ICF mentor coach and guidance to help you become a confident and effective integration coach.
   • You will continue to demonstrate coaching several times and will receive written feedback on your observed work
   • Your performance will be evaluated on the ICF standards of PCC level of coaching, you get written feedback by a certified ICF PCC-marker assessor
   • Small group size (max. 20 participants) garantees focus time on individuals
   • Prerequisite for this program is the successful completion of Coaching Advanced I. program

ICF Accreditation Status:

While our program is specifically designed to meet the standards set by the International Coach Federation (ICF), please note that it is not yet level 1 or 2 certified. We aim for these accreditations as soon as possible. After the successful completion of the conditions to get accredited, the previous cohort may be able to get grandfathered into ICF accreditation, however there is no way to know this for certain at the moment and we cannot guarantee it at this point. However, completion of our program will provide you with the necessary training and education to kickstart your integration coach journey.

Faculty:

The Program Director, founder of ICPIC and your coach training facilitator is Márton Mányai (he/him). He is PCC since 2015. Márton has graduated from Integrated Psychiatry Institute IPI certified Psychedelic-assisted Therapy Provider training program, in this course he experienced ketamine-assisted therapy in Boulder, Colorado, both as client and as therapy provider. He has completed the – to date available – MAPS MDMA-assisted Therapy Education training course in collaboration with IPI as well, he has a private practice working with individuals. He is ICF PCC with over 2100 coaching hours, over 200 clients from across the globe, he works with leaders and managers of companies in executive-, and business coaching and group leadership trainings, he is contractor mentor coach and assessor at third party ICF accredited coach training, examining coaching students on ICF standards. He is postgraduate diploma Senior Supervisor, active ICF mentor coach, ICF PCC-marker assessor, Solution-focused Brief Coach, Jungian Coach, Drawing Assessment Specialist, (Christian) diploma Theologian-Pastor, Symbolon Specialist, Symbolon Reflection Expert, certified training facilitator. He has been trained 300+ hours in ICF accredited coach trainings. Márton has lived and worked in Hungary, Germany, Switzerland, Spain. He has been member in ICF since 2015, in MSZCT (National Associations of Supervisors and Coaches in Hungary, ANSE) since 2010. He is speaker in conferences, like TEDx. He works in English, German and Hungarian. He provides coaching, coach mentoring, coach supervision at the highest professional standards. He has personal experience with psychedelics. ICPIC is part of Manyai Method sole proprietary company.

Application Requirements:

• Minimum of 100 hours of self-knowledge experience, having worked with trained professionals in modalities such as psychotherapy, supervision, coaching, counseling, family constellation, psychodrama, bibliodrama, expressive arts therapy, etc. (Solitary activities such as research or reading books, attending conferences, trainings, workshops, seminars do not count). Individual or group work are both fine.
• Proof of self-knowledge experience must be attached with your application through some online file sharing tool (letter of affirmation by the service provider, certification, etc)
• Participants are not automatically accepted, but applications will be reviewed, you need to have had a short introduction video call with the Program Director.
• Previous psychedelic experience is not mandatory but is highly recommended to have had, and is seen as a plus at reviewing applicants
• The number of participants is limited and maximized at 20, those – otherwise qualifying – participants will receive priority, who pay their tuition soonest, until cohort completion. If you didn’t make it in a given cohort, you are encouraged to apply for the next one.
