This policy is written to comply with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (revised FADP, in force since September 2023). Because clients and visitors may be located in the EU/EEA, it also reflects the principles of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where relevant.
Depending on how you interact with this site, we collect:
The screening and session data described above includes health-related information. Under both the revised FADP and the GDPR, data concerning health is treated as a special, particularly sensitive category of personal data, and is handled with additional safeguards described in Section 5.
Where the GDPR applies, we rely on: your consent (for waitlist sign-up and marketing communication), the necessity of processing to perform or prepare a contract with you (for client and training enrolment data), and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries sent to us directly. Under Swiss law, processing is carried out in line with the general data protection principles of lawfulness, purpose limitation, and proportionality.
Where you complete a health or psychiatric screening questionnaire as part of the facilitated coaching process, we ask for your explicit, separate consent before collecting that information, and use it solely to assess suitability and plan the process safely. It is not used for marketing, not shared with the CRM/marketing tool described in Section 6, and is retained only as long as necessary for safety, professional accountability, and any applicable legal retention period, then deleted or anonymised.
We use the following third-party processors:
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Some of the processors above may store or process data outside Switzerland, including within the EU/EEA. Switzerland and the EU/EEA mutually recognise each other's data protection frameworks as offering an adequate level of protection, so such transfers do not require additional safeguards beyond what is already in place with these providers.
We keep enquiry and waitlist data for as long as you remain subscribed or until you ask us to delete it. Client process data, including screening records, is kept for the period required for professional accountability and any applicable legal obligation, after which it is deleted or anonymised. [Specific retention periods to be confirmed and inserted here.]
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to:
To exercise any of these rights, email info@icpic.ch. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC/EDÖB) or, if you are in the EU/EEA, with your local data protection authority.
This site uses Brevo's tracking script to recognise returning waitlist subscribers and measure engagement with the coach training page. This may set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser. You can block or delete these through your browser settings at any time without affecting your ability to use the rest of the site.
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
