Expanded states & integration coaching.
Done properly.

The Integration Specialization is a nine-month specialisation in psychedelic integration coaching. Built on ICF coaching standards, grounded in the science of non-ordinary states, and formed around the ethical boundaries that protect both client and practitioner.

Not another wellness program

This is a rigorous professional training. Every module is anchored in ICF Core Competencies, evidence-based frameworks, and a clear scope of practice. The credential it leads to means something.

For coaches who want to go deeper

If you hold an ICF or EMCC credential, this program covers a significant share of your three-year renewal cycle in a single program (40 CCEUs) while adding a specialisation the field urgently needs.

Open to the right professionals

No coaching credential? If you bring the right qualities — relational maturity, personal readiness, and genuine commitment to scope — you are welcome. The Coaching Foundations Bridge prepares you.

Designed for real professional lives

One online opening intensive, nine Monday or Tuesday evening sessions (19:00–21:30 CET), and a closing half-day. No weekends. No travel required. Sustainable across nine months.

Two certificates. One program. Credentialed coaches receive the ICPIC Certified Psychedelic Integration Coach (CPIC) certificate plus 40 ICF CCEUs. Non-credentialed participants complete the Coaching Foundations Bridge and receive the CPIC certificate on completing the Specialization.
Márton Mányai, MCC

A master coach who trained in psychedelic-assisted therapy — not the other way around.

Most psychedelic integration programs are built by therapists who picked up some coaching language. Márton Mányai is a Master Certified Coach who trained clinically through IPI and MAPS — 17 years and 3,400+ hours of executive coaching, now combined with depth psychology, supervision training, and direct facilitation experience.

Cohort 1 is small by design. Márton will know every participant personally, and the founding alumni will help shape everything that comes after.

Engineers, marketers, artists, scientists, educators: the right qualities matter more than the right title. If you are genuinely called to this work, apply.
No personal psychedelic experience required. Whether you come in through the Primary or Secondary track, you don't need a personal history with psychedelics to apply. What matters is professional readiness, ethical grounding, and genuine commitment to scope — not a personal track record.

The ICPIC
Founding Scholarship.

One scholarship is offered per cohort: 50% of the €1,990 pilot fee, or €995. It exists because access to serious professional formation should not be determined solely by geography or economic circumstance. Márton received a scholarship for his own psychedelic-assisted therapy training. This is a way of passing that forward.

What it is

50% of the program fee (€995) for one participant per cohort. Not a discount. A named award, granted on the basis of genuine need and genuine readiness, chosen personally by Márton.

Who it is for

Any applicant who demonstrates financial need relative to the program fee and their country of residence, and who meets the same admission criteria as every other participant.

How to apply

Submit a waitlist application as normal. In the motivation field, indicate that you are applying for the Founding Scholarship, with a brief note on your financial situation and intentions.

Geographic pricing

Applicants from countries where the standard fee represents a significant financial barrier relative to local income are welcome to mention this. Adjusted pricing is available case by case, handled with full discretion.

One scholarship per cohort keeps it meaningful. The person who receives it is genuinely chosen — selected because Márton believes they will do something important with this formation.
